Who we are

What we collect

We collect what you send us by WhatsApp, forms or email: your name, contact details, country, study plans, results, English certificate status and budget. If you become a client, we also collect the documents your application needs.

If you use the enquiry form, the details you type in it, and the page or ad link you came from.

Why we collect it

We use your information to check eligibility, answer questions and prepare applications if you choose our services. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only those involved in your application, with your agreement: universities, our partner in Warsaw, translators and couriers.

Form details are stored in a private spreadsheet that only Study Beyond can access and are emailed to our founder.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go no further are kept for up to 12 months. Client files are kept for up to 6 months after your process ends, unless the law requires longer. We delete them earlier if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging us.
